For technical support, download issues, version checks, and general questions, contact support@xiongmao-cloud.com. The most useful first message includes your device, operating system version, app version, when the issue started, and whether you already compared another network.

Download and setup questions

If the issue happens while downloading, installing, updating, or signing in for the first time, tell us which platform you are on, where the process stops, and whether you already retried with a fresh download or a different network.

Typical reply time

We usually reply within 1 to 3 business days. During holidays, large app rollouts, or download-mirror changes, replies may take longer. If you still do not see a response after the normal window, check your spam folder and confirm that the return email address is correct.

What to include in the first message

The fastest support threads usually include the operating system version, the client version, an error screenshot, and one sentence describing the network comparison, such as "the same issue happens on home Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot" or "this only appears on hotel Wi-Fi."

What not to send

Please do not email passwords, full card numbers, one-time codes, or other sensitive payment details. We do not ask for those over email.
